WorkersCompensation.com Announces First In Industry CompNews Audio Service

Sarasota, FL (WorkersCompensation.com) – WorkersCompensation.com has launched the CompNews Audio service to provide audio versions of posted articles in its CompNewsNetwork system. It is the first and only workers’ compensation industry news system to offer such a service.

Readers of industry news on the site will be able to stream CompNews Audio files that deliver the content via spoken word. This is useful for people who prefer podcast-style news and information and want to listen to the news rather than read it. It is also a useful service for the visually impaired, helping the company improve its offerings while meeting ADA standards.

CompNews Audio is the third major news center enhancement rolled out by the company in as many weeks. Previously the company launched Abbie Hudgen’s It’s COMPlicated Blog and the Straight Outta Workers’ Comp podcast series.

Visitors can also download the files for offline listening and subscribe for email updates when new audio files are available. There is also a podcast-style RSS feed, meaning the audio programs will be available through services like Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

CompNews Audio files are already available on the site, including this press release. The service will be offered under Featured News, Experts’ View, Current News, The It’s COMPlicated Blog, and From Bob’s Cluttered Desk.
