Rice brings with her over 30 years of industry experience, including a rare and insightful combination of both claims handling and service provider experience. With more than twelve (12) of those years in the MSP space, Rice’s knowledge, integrity, and customer-centric sales philosophy has enabled her to become one of the most trusted resources and subject matter experts for MSP Compliance in the Employer, Carrier, and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) sector. 

Prior to joining Sanderson Firm, Rice worked for several of the major MSP services providers in the industry, namely, Franco Signor, Gould & Lamb, and Insight Services Group. Rice held senior leadership positions within each of these organizations for the last seven (7) years. For more than a decade, Rice has been responsible for business development, account implementation, account management, driving program results, program customization and client training and development.
