King of Prussia, PA – Anne Marciniak, PT, DPT, Provider Account Manager for MedRisk will show how sitting is the new smoking, and how to combat its effects in the workplace on Thursday, March 30. “Computer Workstation Ergonomics: Office and Work From Home” will start at 1 p.m.  

Attendees will learn about the effects of various workplace setups including the office, remote workstations, and standing workstations. Improvements to posture, equipment, workstation setup, and work methods will be analyzed to determine their ability to improve ergonomics and reduce musculoskeletal strain.
