Maitland,FL (WorkersCompensation.com) - FFVA Mutual, a leading workers’ compensation insurance carrier, announced its claims automation platform, TRUclaim Solution, is now available in all of its 10 licensed states.
The company contracted with Gain Life to launch the platform which is designed to support and guide injured workers through the claim process. By increasing transparency and access to resources, TRUclaim Solution empowers injured employees to understand and easily navigate the claims process to achieve better outcomes.
“By quickly connecting injured workers to our claims solutionists, TRUclaim Solution will enable FFVA Mutual to provide benefits faster, reduce the overall costs of claims and, most importantly, help maintain positive relationships while providing the necessary care and resources to facilitate recovery and transition injured employees back to work,” said Alan Hair, President and CEO at FFVA Mutual.
After a claim is reported and received, the process includes text communications between the injured employee and their claims team, appointment reminders, and access to view and sign documents along with resources to help them through the return-to-work process.
“Through direct contact with the injured worker via their smart device in their native language, TRUclaim Solution shortens the claims lifecycle with fast, accurate communication and speedy delivery of benefits,” said Alex Perry Director of Regional Claims at FFVA Mutual.
"We are delighted to partner with FFVA Mutual in their forward-thinking approach to improve the claims experience by deploying our industry-leading technology JARVIS,” said Gain Life CEO David Merrill. “We are confident that this association will create an increased environment of satisfaction for FFVA Mutual’s policyholders and their injured workers."
