CA DWC Adopts Regulation 36.7 Electronic Service of Medical-Legal Reports by Medical Evaluators

San Francisco, CA (WorkersCompensation.com) - The Division of Workers Compensation (DWC) has adopted title 8, California Code of Regulations section 36.7, Electronic Service of Medical-Legal Reports by Medical Evaluators effective April 12, 2022.

The adoption of regulation section 36.7 provides a mechanism for electronic service of medical-legal reports and all documents required by section 36.

All documents related to the adoption of regulation section 36.7 can be found on the DWC rulemaking page.
