Note: The WorkersCompensation.com support staff is primarily based in Sarasota FL and the surrounding area and we are preparing for the arrival of Hurricane Ian in our area.
WorkersCompensation.com product-servers are NOT Located in Florida, so we expect no interruption of our web-based services related to this storm.
Our support staff and customer service personnel are already accustomed to working remotely throughout the year - being in Florida we already have existing storm plan-preparations in place.
We will continue to monitor client communications as normally as possible* however, first and foremost our employees and their families safety is a priority.
- Any critical and immediate customer service issues will be prioritized during this time however, there may be delay’s in responding to requests.
- Any non-critical support request’s will be given a lower priority the rest of this week.
