A Career Ascending, A Mission Expanding 

Professionally, Evelyn's career took a monumental leap in July 2024 when she was promoted to Director of Program Claims, Occupational Risk & Property & Casualty for the Accident & Health Division of Crum & Forster. This promotion illustrates her expertise, strategic vision, and leadership well beyond a mere title change. She is now at the helm of claims strategy and oversight for occupational risk and property and casualty products, leveraging her depth of experience in litigation management and risk to drive meaningful change. 

But Evelyn is not just sitting behind a desk or in a cubicle making decisions—she is in the thick of it, collaborating with industry peers, engaging in dynamic conversations, and challenging outdated norms. She is a Fellow of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) and has taken the stage at major industry conferences, including the February 2025 CLM Focus Conference, where she spoke on a panel discussing workers' compensation, casualty, and risk management. The momentum continues to build as Evelyn is gearing up for the CLM Annual Conference in Texas, where she will participate in a high-level roundtable on litigation management techniques. 

And let’s not forget one of the biggest honors yet: Evelyn has been selected as one of four finalists for the CLM Claims Management Professional of the Year Award!! In an industry full of exceptional talent, this recognition solidifies what many already know—Evelyn Eury is a force. #GetItGirl

As a Rise Professionals Ambassador, Evelyn is actively working to recruit, develop, and mentor new talent in the insurance space. A Life Full of Big Moments—And Small, Beautiful Ones Too 

Evelyn’s life isn’t just about professional achievements—it’s about embracing every moment with intentionality. 

This past year, she and her family moved into a new home, a fresh space filled with new memories waiting to be made. In a household full of love and adventure, they welcomed a new furry family member—Luna the cat, chosen and adored by her daughters. 

But beyond the day-to-day, Evelyn thrives in the great outdoors. Her love for nature fuels her spirit, and she finds peace and rejuvenation in the mountains. Whether hiking volcanic landscapes in Hawaii or camping under a canopy of stars with her family, these moments fill her with energy and purpose. 

One of the most powerful experiences of the past year? Leading Crum & Forster’s Valor ERG (Employee Resource Group) for military members, veterans, and their families. As a military spouse, she knows the sacrifices made by service members and their families firsthand. Traveling to Morristown, N.J., for the company’s Veterans Day signature event was a full-circle moment—standing in the room, witnessing the power of community and support, she felt the true impact of their work. 

A Lesson Worth Repeating: Time is Finite—Use It Wisely 

One thing Evelyn has re-learned this year is that time is a finite resource, and we get to decide how we use it. 

Like many high-achieving women, Evelyn wears countless hats—wife, mother, insurance leader, mentor, military spouse, and friend. While the world often preaches about "balance," she's learned that perfect balance is a myth. Some days, work takes priority. On other days, the family does, and that's okay. 

She’s become fiercely protective of her time, mastering the art of saying no when needed. Every "yes" to something unaligned is a "no" to something that truly matters. She schedules with intention, micro-managing her calendar to ensure she’s dedicating time to growth—both personal and professional. 

When doubt creeps in, and perfectionism tries to stall her progress, she leans on a simple yet powerful mantra: Start today. Dreams, ideas, and goals don’t manifest by waiting for the perfect time. Success belongs to those who begin. 

Building a Board of Directors—For Life and Career 

Evelyn is a huge advocate for something every professional should have—a personal Board of Directors. 

Evelyn has embraced this concept wholeheartedly. She surrounds herself with mentors, advisors, and peers who challenge, support, and push her toward continued growth. The best leaders do not go it alone, and Evelyn knows that real success comes from collective strength. 

Beyond traditional mentorship, Evelyn also pays it forward. Sponsoring, mentoring, and championing others is built into her DNA. Evelyn is co-hosting the 2025 quarterly "Empowering Women" podcast series alongside industry leaders like Meghan Henry, Dr. Claire Muselman, Kirsten Kaiser Kus, and Dawn-Ann Dykes. This series is an empowering conversational movement, elevating critical discussions that support and advance women in the industry. 

She is also gearing up for overseas travel with her husband to celebrate a milestone wedding anniversary—an adventure that will blend art, history, architecture, and culture into an unforgettable experience. 

And in between it all? She continues to challenge, inspire, and break barriers in the insurance space.
