Rosemary McKenzie-Ferguson: Founder, Craig's Table, Australia.  became an injured worker and realised that the system was not user friendly towards people who could not understand or were not brave enough to ask questions. I realised that the best way forward was to listen to the way everyone spoke in order to understand so that I could help others.
