Nevada DIR Issues Notice of Public Workshop for Comments on Proposed Rule Changes

Carson City, NV (WorkersCompensation.com) - The State of Nevada Department of Business and Industry, Division of Industrial Relations, Workers’ Compensation Section has issued a notice of Public Workshop to solicit comments on the proposed regulations, LCB File No. R134-20. The workshop will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at 10:00am via WebEx.

There is no physical location for this virtual meeting, and this workshop will be held via remote technology system only (WebEx) in accordance with Assembly Bill 253 (Effective May 31, 2021). Members of the public may attend and participate in this meeting in the following ways:
