what is the insurance company up to now?

oh i know and i appreciate all your help. i understand how most of it works and what everyone has been through. i ask alot of questions i know but i also come here as a form of therapy someone to talk to that knows what its like i would go crazy without u guys and girls. and i thank you for all your help and advice. i was just wondering if someone has been trough this as i have been fighting the fight for over 5 years on and off. about a year ago i had a hearing i was told i didnt nee dto be there for and next thing you know my ttd was suspended and i went through the appeals process for over 9 months of no checks, and dont want this to happen to me again. trust me i want to be at this hearing i hate not being able to know whats going on or being able to speak for me. but this is why i pay a lawyer and i hope he does his job as im doing everything on my part and getting the medical updates the ic wants, its too bad i cant be there but this is what they want and im doing what im told, just hope my ttd continues without a hitch because i am at the dr and not the hearing. makes me feel better that some on here have had their lawyer represent them without a hitch. guess ill just have to see what happens and hope its good.
