Education is only something you do for yourself, unless ordered up by Voc Rehab. Other then that, education has nothing to do with, or help your hearing. Plus, from what I gather here, you haven't even started any education yet. So just telling the hearing officer you going to go get some education, yet you haven't yet, is meaningless at this point. Now the IC can require you use their Voc Rehab program instead of a Disability Program Navigator program. As this is general protocol. But, I guess you will see soon what happens.

BadBoy is right (and he'll tell you I don't say that about everything!). You are giving too much credit to your position. You should be more aware of the things that can go wrong against you.
