Their not going to lose every time, and they know it. They will show your not seeking medical treatment, and your not performing Voc Rehab and they will win this time. So their not wasting any time, or anyones time. This is what attorney's get paid to do.

You said you wont work any job except a job you may wish. This is what Voc Rehab is all about. Maybe when it gets hashed out this time, the Judge will order you too perform Voc Rehab. Seen that done too.
