I am Required to See My PM Dr. every 3 Months, and a Report sent to The Ins. Co. for My Employer. You have to stay within the Parameters set by Your State or what the Judge May have Ordered to be able to Retain Your Continued Care and TTD Payments. Were You to See Your Dr. every 45 Days? If not what was the Parameters You Agreed to?
Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled.

Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!!
