Judge's decision is in!

RE: Judge's decision is in!
My attorney also said he dosen't think the oral arguments will go anywhere.

Sad thing is, it took 15 months for the judge to make her decison, and we now have the appeal.

First filed on the back injury and need for the knee replacement in 2007.

When the knee replacement was granted in 2008 I was talked into putting the treatment of the back injury on the back burner so there would not be an appeal on the knee replacement.

If you feel the Attorney that works for the Kansas Human Rights Commission, is discriminating then you file a complaint. Doing that may force that attorney off your case. But, I don't think the next attorney would be any easier.

A complaint alleging discrimination in employment, housing, or public accommodation must be signed and verified before a notary public or other person authorized to administer oaths. A complaint alleging racial or other profiling must be signed, but is not required to be notarized or sworn to by the complainant.

Complaint forms can be obtained at the Kansas Human Rights Commission’s website at http://www.khrc.net or by calling our complaint intake unit at 1-888-793-6874 or (785) 296-3206.
