I need ur advise please!
Before I was injured I was going to acupuncture, the gentleman and his wife would come in and eat, I introduced my GM and let my GM know at that time I was being seen by this gentleman verbally, does this count can I go see my acupuncture again since he my GM and the service manager, new I was being treated by him? or did it have to be in writing?

Your atty should handle this issue for you.
If the doctor is in the employer/carrier Medical Provider Network then that is sufficient.
Only if the physcian was pre-designated or you have prior approval can you treat outside the MPN.
