Doctor's are always in a hurry and forget that not everyone
follows thier jargon. I have had over 150 p/t sessions and
still at it. These are the people who may be able to help you
with the "What happen to my body' Most have charts on the
walls showing the bones and muscles. They should be able to
get you a copy of what excersices you were doing and the
acceptable outcome. For x-rays and Mri's have the doctor
show you the films, and explain what they mean. Information
is not something you can have enough of. Best of luck.

What exactly did you say to your sister in law? However proof is lacking. More than likely they will investigate that much deeper.

Well my sister in-law kept texting me telling me I was a thief so I refreshed her memorie an explained what a thiefs definition is quote=a thief is someone who intentionally takes somethimg not belonging to them an keeps it "example" you work for your stepdad, he owns a Blimpies sandwich shop, you are required to make bank deposits at the end of the day an you decide to keep the days deposit not once but twice an buy drugs="unquote" I guess she took that personal since that is exactly what she did many years ago=so I would say that pulled her trigger

Do not talk to them without your attorney. At some point in time they will take your deposition. Your attorney is entitled to any documents upon discovery.

Thye may have taken your sisterin law's deposition . Who Knows?
Watch what you say in your text messages etc...

Something to think about is subrosa and they can contnue to gather evidence . Maybe conduct an investigation of witnesses etc. Backgrund checks , claim searches. many other things. IC'S can be dirty.

Personally...I would let my attorney take care of this whole thing...the more you go on with your SIL about it in any form of communication the worse it will get for you.......JMO..but I would drop it, have NO contact with her and leave it in your attorney's hands. WC is like a 3 ring circus sometimes ...you don't want to bring your SIL drama in...let her be and A$$. Hopefully it will all work out for you,

I think cap has a good oppinion... In laws and ex-inlaws can be the root to all evil and will never stop untill they have ruined your name... I had a brother inlaw that was a thief and at the time I didnt know it. I had some vacant land, so he asked me if he could put a few things on it since he lived in a mobile home park and had no room. First it was his old military Jeep, then came his boat then his snowmobile then it just never ended.... Well one day the stuff was vandalized and so I reported it, and the deputy came out and took a look at the damage.. Well long behold some of the stuff my ex-brother inlaw had there was stolen. And he would not own up to it and tried to blame me..... After investigations I was cleared and he spent sometime to think of it in jail.......

I would just sit back and let your lawyer take care of this mess, dont add fuel to the fire she has already started... in my oppinion....

well just thought i would update, I had my deposition 2-day, my attorney seems to think it went well,my attorney an theirs talked briefly afterwards an he admitted he was surprised to hear of the on an off again problems we have endured thru our life 2-gether (my husband an I) problems his sister has caused over the years!! My attorney feels good about how it went an I actually feel as if I can breath just a wee bit better, cross your toes they cancel the court date an leave me alone, also my leg an knee seem stronger as for my lower back I doubt it will get any better so i am just dealing with it an going on, I actually attempted to go to movie theather I left 3/4 way thru movie BIG IMPROVEMENT!! go LAURA thanks all an I will keep ya'll updated

UPDATE:Talked with my attorney,deposition went overall good for me, my atty said w/c attorney spoke since depo with sis-in-law & she sticks to her story,so noww/cfeels this can go either way,& wants to know if we want to settle this?my atty is getting current doctor reports ,my atty will review my status(?) an my atty will be submitting an offer of settlemant, my aty said they will more than likely refuse offer an submitt offer to us an we ill refuse an then we submit again another one they will refuse an subit another to us which we will refuse = then the atty will meet somewhere in middle on settlement,my atty said it's three parts= what my doctor forsees for future doc visits,theraphys,& medications=#2 they will grade my injurys #3 they will decide what affect it will have on my ability for working(restrictions) I am confused,they said pain & suffering would be something outside of this case?

workers comp only provides benefits for impairment/disability.
pain & suffering is civil and negligence based and not part of workers comp.
