RE: accussed of fraud by disgruntled sister inlaw
Did you have any tests done, ie, MRI or CAT scans etc? Anything like that will be used by your attorney as well. He will probably ask for all of your medical records pertaining to the injury. I don't know, but he tmight also want to chat with your doctor. Again I am not sure about that one since I know my surgeon is ok about that, but some might not be. Do as Bad Boy suggests. Get a temp restraining order against your sister in law. That will also help. Get all of the texts together and have them printed and make copies. And stop panicking: it will not do you any good and it will not change a single thing. Just make you sick. There are always times somewhere in the w/c process where we all start to think someone might be watching. Again, if you are honest then it makes no difference. Doctors can figure out easily enough if you are faking. They would have figured it out by now. That is why so many tests and visits are done. They all have to match up to show the same results.

Go make yourself a cup of tea and Monday start your plan of action. Cover all bases until you have scratched every "to do" thing off of your list. Then just sit back. If you have a hearing.. I have no idea if you will...you will be very nervous. We all are. Just be honest. Don't get all chatty. Just answer the questions. Your attorney, if he is worth his salt, will brief you on what to expect. Again. Be honest.

And yes, there really are extremely mean spiteful people out there and it is unfortunate that one of them is actually a family member. Shame on her.
