Listen, I would suggest you do this this week to protect yourself and your case. You go get a court order of protection against her (Temp Order of Restraint) Then get a copy off to your work comp attorney. This will help your case. Plus it will help protect your husband. Make sure his name is on it, his work, his work address. He may have to give a copy to his employer if it comes to that. All will be well. Just do things with a closed mouth, be silent, and protect your assets.

It is that simple. Just obey the Law as it can help you in more ways then one....

Most States have what is called Family Court, and the States Attorney will help you with this paper work. Most cost to you is parking Fee's....
