accussed of fraud by disgruntled sister inlaw
i fell from a ladder in feb 2009 at work reaching overhead for supplies, I was fired twice from same job since injury an been recieving w/c benefiets since july 2009 my sister in law came to stay with us in Nov. 2009 to help with bills, needless to say she just added to our bills(didn't pay crap) so begining of December we had her move she was disgruntled and blamed everyone else for her problems, anyways she started texting us with bull crap Threatening to tell w/c I was fakeing Injury & so on, I texted her an told her she needed to leave us alone if she continued to send text or phone calls or go to my husbands job harrassing I would file harrassment charges! I also texted her & I told her she was a free loader an she owed me $110. & she can't expect everyone to keep her up, well I guess she followed thru with her threat my attorney called yesterday & told me w/c had someone call mid Dec 2009 and claim I laid on floor an started screaming, of course this is not true, but now I have to go for some sorta hearing what can I expect an will the disgruntled text's from her help me any?? I have lower back pain muscle spasms in right leg right ankle swells periodicly, right arm also gets a bit sore at times all from my fall I have been in physical theraphy off an on since july 2009 probably 56 visits there an regular doc visits I am on restricted light duties, I was instructed by doc to continue my day to day activities with restrictions, I have followed all my orders an now this! I am so sorry to hear that and I pray everything works out right for you and that they will find the truth out, that's very sad to me that people are that way, I hope you have a pleasant day today, good luck!
Life is like the ocean, it can be calm one minute and the next a wave will knock you off your feet, it's up to you to get back up and take control. |

RE: accussed of fraud by disgruntled sister inlaw
well why would they? when your lawyer starts asking her questions she will be showed up for what she is.....and it may not be that at all it just might be a normal hearing......calm down they cant eat ya....as long as you are honest you have right on your side
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....

The ole saying goes, if it aint true, you never have nothing to worry about.
You have the text messages. Your attorney will bust her chops and show she was doing this because she wishes to get even with you. Here is what you ask yourself. Was she there when you were injured? Did she she you lay on floor and scream? Can she really prove you did the things she claims? No, okay so your worring and why? Reply's are intended solely for informational purposes. You'll be Fine!! Your Attorney will Use Trigger Questions to bring Her Out if She's Lying, and the Judges aren't Naive!! I have had to Endure 15 Hearings, Testified at 12, and I have another Coming in Feb.! We have Discredited Dr.'s and Tests Galore, so a Simple Disgruntled Family Member will be a Walk in the Park for Your Attorney!!

I have seen these things before. I have seen them in the work place where the employer got people to make these kind of stories up. I was witness to one, and helped a guy win his case also. After that, the two people that made the lies up, found it very uncomfortable to work there anymore. In fact, the story got out to other shops, and these guy's really had to switch trades and make way less money. One of them called me, and said it was the biggest mistake they ever made in their life. So, it will come back and bite them in the end. Reply's are intended solely for informational purposes.
