RE: URGENT - How much notice should you have for a phone hearing???
Well, it's not at all like a trail in a court house. More like a bunch of suits (attorney's) walking around, swinging deals with each other, and going back and forth to their clients. Many issues are solved before even going into a hearing also. And then the hearing doesn't happen. What to bring? God one nevers knows, for an attorney mostly preps their client before it takes place, like a day or week before. Then your advised on what to do and such. I have yet to need to bring anything as of yet since 2001.

RE: URGENT - How much notice should you have for a phone hearing???
I'm in Pa., and My 16th Hearing is Coming up Next Month. My Attorney and Myself and My Wife Meet usually a Half-Hour Before the Hearing in the Meeting Rooms They have Available. I have Only been able to Make One Deal before a Hearing, My Ins. Co.'s Attorney Thinks He can Walk on Water and not get His Feet Wet!! Hopefully You will Have Much Better Luck than I have had, and the Other Attorney will at Least be able to Act Human!!Wink

Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled.

Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!!

Thank you so much for responding. I don't have a new attorney and I'm too ill to interview one. I can only imagine what the future will hold.
