I tried to speak with another attorney and he said he was not interested in taking my case. I am sure the pay rate for these attorneys handling WC cases could be one of the problems.

I also emailed a few attorneys and have heard nothing. That is why I am in this position. I am in SW Florida if anyone knows an attorney that would be willing to take my case.
