You need to hire a new attorney, so all your files, and paper work can be handled in a proper fashion. The new attorney will make motions in the work comp system, to better try and help your case. And they will get all the papers so to speak from the old attorney. This is where you are at right now. Without the legal help, it doesn't seem like you will go much futher here all by yourself. The (judge) hearing officer doesn't care, nor does the work comp Insurance.

You must remember, your nothing but a number to them, that is on a piece of paper, that can get tossed in a can somewhere.
