From what I am thinking is, the poster here is saying they obtain a copy of their Work Comp Files. In these files it showed this action had taken place without them knowing till this recent time of obtaining such files.

Meaning the request was made, and may have even taken place. But, when, what date? It may be possible the Pesonnel file had been sent. If so, such employee should then find a way to obtain what was sent, and also review it, and get copies of it.

As for the 18 States I mentioned before even New Jersey is one of them. I made a mistake in an eariler post and said Florida.
