I tell hubby that was part of our wedding vows.

I am not one to be with out transportation, it just dosen't happen.

Except.........it did today.

I was on the way to my son's school to pick him up, got on the highway and my van would not go over 40 mph.

(Thought maybe it was me (mind frame) last night was a no sleep night with nerve pain)

So I pulled in to the nearst gravel road, shut the engine off, restarted, and drove the 1/2 mile home going 20 mph.

I drive a Dodge Caravan, with 150,000 miles. This van is a one owner and has been serviced every 2-3 thousand miles.

Had the oil changed last week and was told the van is in good condition.

So here I set.....miles from town and no transportation.

I told hubby fix it, rent me a vehicle, do something!

Then there is the fact I have a child with a serious medical condition often requiring emergency room visits.
