If I had a PI, Dressed in Camo, Slithering on the Ground on My Property, as the Article States, I would be Using the Personal Defense Card Instead of the Accidental Hunting One. With Terrorism on Everyone's Mind, and if this was a Jury Case, the Jury May have bought that Defense Better!! "Your Honor, I saw this Man on My Property in Camo. Slithering on the Ground, and Hollered to Him to Identify Himself, which He didn't! I then Fired a Warning Shot over His Body to Scare Him Off, and He must have Moved, and My Ammo Hit Him" How's that Sound?? That Might Have Worked a Bit Better!!!!Tongue

P.S.- I don't want to See Anyone Shot Unless a Life or Death Situation, but this Guy should have Never Shot, and Deserves what He got. I just would have at Least Tried a More Believable Story if I were Him!!Smile
