Business has a controlling interest in keeping workers and their health and welfare in a continuing state of decline in this country. This is just one more instance of where enforcement against bad business practices is being weakened.
It's not just a republican or Schwarzenegger agenda, they are just the biggest purveyors of the attack. Every state has numerous examples of using the economy and anti-tax mantra to cut and weaken workers.
