Tennis elbow
Hello everyone, I just found this board looking for some info about my injury. I am in California and started getting what was diagnosed as tennis elbow, I was put on light duty for a few weeks, but it was not getting any better. The WC doctor then took me off work because my job said there is no light duty I could do.

I have been off work for 3 months and it is better but I feel there is something else wrong because the slightest use of the arm I get burning sensation in different parts of my arm. I am scheduled for an EMG next week to test for nerve problems. My question I guess is I have been at this job for 20 years now and my wife and I have decided that this might be a good time to move out of state. I want to make sure I am 100% before retiring, If I move will my employer still be responsible for my therapy or whatever it takes to get me better. I have not seen a Lawyer yet I was just waiting untill I have all my info before that. Sorry first post is so long, Thanks all

RE: Tennis elbow
Yes, liability lasts as long as you have a claim. Employer still controls treatment and you may have to return for exams and legal proceedings.
