RE: Does TTD stay at the same rate with a new job?
I'm in Pa., and the Rate of TTD is Based in the Original Injury Date, and never Changes. Now if this was a New Claim Your TTD would be Based on Your Current Income!! That's whats so Bad about Pa. Law, if You were Hurt 20 Years ago, and became Disabled and the Ins. Co. Never Settles, You get Paid based on the 20 Year TTD Rate at that Time!! The Only Help a Person in that situation could do is Pray that They got SSDI to Offset the Difference!!Wink

Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled.

Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!!
