Received ALJ decision, interpret.
Making this short as I've asked it in a few places. THE ALJ's decision was
TTD for 6 weeks of 250.00 a week. PPD 8% 41.25 for 425 weeks and interest of 12% if late. there's no mention of a lump sum but it says I'll be awarded the three multiplier, which I don't know what that is... So after receiving this info can I get the lump sum for the 425 weeks instead of taking it weekly? When will I get paid for my TTD, will it be a lump sum? When should I expect payment? |

RE: Received ALJ decision, interpret.
Depends on the state as to lump sum payment.
Td payment depends on the period--has to be past. They probably have time to appeal - maybe 20 - 30 days depending on state. |

RE: Received ALJ decision, interpret.
I don't see a lump sum taking place here, as you wrote it out.
If you don't have an attorney, you then will get as ordered up, or the IC will make an Appeal. Reply's are intended solely for informational purposes. They are based on personal opinions, experience, or research and are "not to be taken as fact or legal advice", otherwise, always consult an attorney or a doctor. |

RE: Received ALJ decision, interpret.
Yeh I have an attorney, when we discussed it before the "conference" I was told I'd either get an offer from the IC and if they didn't offer and I went to the ALj for a decision I would get a lump sum or weekly which I'd decide myself which one would be best for me...
