hearing schedule
hello I'm in MI first, I supposed to settled in Sept. but they said they had to clear things up with medicaid. Making sure they didnt cover none of my bills.Now its another hold I want the insurance company to cover my hospital bills from the MRI and office visits I paid out of pocket. How does it take from them to cover my bills.I have a hearing Date Dec.5 for an update. Now its 1 schedule Jan 5 is the Judge giving the insurance time to clear this matter or what? my attorney is not good in responding all he said is he is waiting for the Defense atty. I am so ready for this to b over so I can go on w my life.

sounds like your atty or the carrier askd for more time. if you wanted to object to the delay you should discuss it with your atty.
you can change attys at any time. you're right -it's best to focus on other things and let comp take it's own sweet time. get busy with the rest of your life.
