RE: Trojan virus thingy?
I haven't gotten any either Sugar, sounds like you have a tracker or something on your Computer. Maybe Grundig could answer it for you.

Just for Reference though, when I was younger and used to go out on dates, my Dad always told me to use a Trojan on my thingy!!!!!(LOL)! Just a little Humor there!

RE: Trojan virus thingy?
Nope no trojan,s virus,s or hacker,s here.Admin run,s a tight ship when it come,s to those thing,s.
Now It sound,s like you got SPYWARE or ADWARE, Either way it,s not hard to find out and if you do, to get rid of.
1 go to http://www.spybot .com ,download the spybot program.follow the instruction,s. It,s a free program, 2, go to ADAWARE.com and down load that too.I run both programs,Along with Bullguard anti-virus program once a day, for the last 4 year,s I never had a problem.
Now I,m not trying to Back Seat Moderate here, and don,t take this wrong, but maybe admin or some one could move this to the off topic forum.

RE: Trojan virus thingy?
Limbo..Big GrinBig Grin

I am having a similar problem ever since I wasn't able to log off a month or so ago. I have run everything there is to run , no viruses, not spyware, malware, adware. I have to re-boot my modem a couple of times a day so I am assuming it is the IP problems.. They tell me no it's my security systems problems. I use Microsoft live one care. Have been on the phone with them one to many times also in the past month. I decided to shut the phishing filter down and have a speedy computer now. I know it's not a grea tidea and feel it's microsoft's problem but can't sit on the phone everyday for an hour with the phone on my bad side and type with the other. UGH! computers are so frustrating at times. I called a repair man in, cost me $95 for him to tell me I have the cleanest computer he has ever seen. So what's the problem gaining access to the internet and some websites take 20 minutes to open and sometimes never do. My orange light on my modem is solid and should be flickering. None of the experts no anything about it.

RE: Trojan virus thingy?
I tried very, very, very hard, but at the age of 16, on a Beautiful summer evening in 1978, in the back seat of a '72 Buick LeSabre Cpe., there just wasn't enough time. 9 Mos. later my Son was born, and his Mom and I are still together to this day. He's going to be 28 in August, and I've been blessed by him with 3 Beautiful grandchildren, one of who is with me Today. We are going shopping for Jack Sparrow Toys later. So as you see, just like this w/c system, sometimes things we think are bad and Life-Altering can sometimes turn into something Great!! It was tough at a young Age, but we survived. That's the way I think we have to look at our situations, it's tough right now, but if we stick it out and do the Best we can and stay strong, we may all come out on top of this w/c system and get on with our Lives!! O.K. I'm done now, it just felt good to write that!! Everyone have a Great Day!!Smile

RE: Trojan virus thingy?
I realize it's off topic and I'm sorry, but I just wanted to say that the only time I get notification of this trojan trying to access my computer is this particular page. We thought we had it taken care of but last night it popped up again. No idea where it came from. Just keep a sharp look out. Ok, back to your regularly scheduled forum
