settlement question
well the ins co made an offer, and my attorney told me what my amount will be if i take it. i see people talking about offsets, i'm 36 do i need to worry about that too?

If you are recieving SSDI the answer is yes. The settlement papers must have the proper spread language in it. Yes you are. The off-set you have been reading about pertains to Social Security.
8-05, Micro laminectomy/disectomy. 10-05 lumbar fusion L5-S1. 2-07 exploritory surgery. 12-07 medical implant, Spinal Cord Stimulator. now receiving SSDI. Jesus died for our sins. Soilders died for our freedom. |
