Final Settlement Hearing?
What is it? I agreed yesterday to their amount? Do I need a lawyer?

If you agreed, then it's over and done with, a lawyer can't do anymore then now.

I believe the final settlement hearing is when you sign all the papers in front of the Judge.

You are right capricorn.. I finally got a hold of my ombudsman today and he said it was a informal hearing to sign off on the whole thing.
