3 level laminectomy-discetomy recovery
hello to every one and thanks for all the info you post in this forum
have not been in here in a while t;due to surgery on sept 30 09 my question is this,after surgery I found myself still in a lot of pain it seems to me that my back pain changed from my back to my left leg,been receiving w/c benefits since july 08 in CALIFORNIA my question is this, at what point do my benefits stop,and what other choices do I have if iam not fully recovered when they do stop the company I used to work folded down in june 09,will I be able to get unemployment when my benefits stop?if iam not recovered by then? what are my options? thanks for your help , very slowly recovering in california |

Td is limited to 104 wks or max medical improvement. Some permanent impairment will be advanced.you may qualify for sdi if payments stop before mmi.unemployment only after mmi.

im kinda in the same boat as you are i had a 2 level fusion in may of 09 and amstill recovering and still in pain but i beleive as 1171 said with any type of fusion there is gonna be some sort of permanant loss which is due after the ttd benefits good luck
