RE: stress
You can See any Dr. You Choose, but I don't Believe w/c or Your Employer is going to Pay for it. Just from what You've Written, it Seems Your Employer has a Problem with Your Job Performance, and has You on Limited Hours for that Reason. Daily Stress Effects All of Us, and it's a Tough Emotion to Deal with, I would Suggest, My Opinion Only, trying to get a second Job to Offset the Lack of Hours at Your Present Job. If Stress is Your Only Injury, the Best way to Deal with that is to be Proactive and do All You can to Alleviate it. My Best to You, and I Hope things get Better!Wink

Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled.

Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!!

RE: stress
Are you on w/c with restrictions ? If you are under a doctors care I would speak to them about the stress and the fact you can not sleep.
You need to say what state that you are in and someone will be able to tell you if you can be "let go" if you are on w/c or if your hours can be reduced.

you should post your work comp questions on the injured woker board rather then "off topic".

there is some job protection if your employment is covered by FMLA law.
to find out more about your rights under FMLA go here
http://www.dol.gov/esa/whd/fmla/

generally having a comp claims does not give a worker immunity from termination.
