Update on How Mediation Went Yesterday
I went to my Benefit Review and yes it was to try and reach settlement. Mediator went back and forth between my attorney and theirs only to come to a halt when their attorney presented a paper different from the one we received from the dr. It was with the rating, anyways looks to be a typo but their attorney would not budge off of it. So to be continued now to get ahold of dr which has (moved his practice to another state) and get this cleared up then go in and do it all over again.
My attorney wants me to sign up for ssd. The figures he laid out for me at this meeting sounded good but will have to see. The medical cannot be closed for 3 years in our state. We did find some errors that they have made along the way and hopefully that will now get corrected also. Supposed to go back within 60 days. I hope it is soon as I want this over.
