RE: WV to close case
I'm Sure there is a Process that has to be Followed to Close Your Case, and if You are Still Injured, and still need Your Case Open, then I would Strongly Suggest that You run Your Case by an Attorney or Two! Usually the First Consultation is Free. Best of Luck!!Wink

RE: WV to close case
you can contest any decision made by the carrier/adjuster thru the Office of Judges
http://www.wvinsurance.gov/ooj/OfficeofJ...fault.aspx

they have a program of expedited hearings for those where treatment is being denied. For information on filing for an expedited hearing:

What has transpired for WC to say you no longer need your meds especially after 5 years? I am sure they gave you a reason and drew there conclusion based on some report etc.
They will not cut you off unless they think they have some evidence to back them.

If my medication was cutoff, I would be on the street ........
Also the damn withdrawals would put me in the Hospital.
