WC denied my claim about the broken foot caused from knee injury. My lawyer got involved and said it was WC's responsibility to pay for foot medical bills too, as the foot was a direct result of the knee injury.....symptoms of my knee were "giving way, forward" . I would not have broken my foot if the knee was stable. I believe he called it a contributing factor.

I have a phone call into my attorney, I will post what he says.

I went to Wal Mart yesterday and found it very difficult to get around.

I am having lots of pain down the back of my right leg and foot pain.
Also my left knee is giving away.

Even with the use of my cane mobility is difficult.
