It does conflict with his restrictions. it's not a sedentary position. I wont be sitting alot. But it doesnt conflict with me putting food on the table, and keep the roof over my head, which is what wc,a lawyer, and a dr. are doing.Hell i havent been back to the doctor since the beginning of oct because i have no insurance and he said he cant treat me any further because of that.I hope they offer me the job so i can tell all three of those people thanks for the anguish and sleepless nights, now piss off good for nothings.

RE: Is this really how I'm suppose to be treated??
Hopefully you'll get the job and we'll just pray about the rest.

I know how you feel about wanting to tell people off, but for me, I'd like 2 minutes in a room with a baseball bat. One good whack on atleast one knee. I can swing that bat too, my granddad was in the minor leagues, he taught all of us girls really well. I'd sleep so much better each night after whacking them too. I actually slept good last night, first time in about 3 months. Don't know why, I just did.

Continuing to pray for you my friend.
BB

Maint314, I wish you the best and you and the job are in my prayers

BB, It has been well over a year before I had a good night sleep. I awoke and cherished the moment. It is strange how we appreciate the simple things.

Take Care all

The DA might have a field-day with a change in restrictions to accommodate a job. That's a hard call, he needs a job though. I would definitely be the one asking for a change in his shoes.

RE: Is this really how I'm suppose to be treated??
If it's only a small change such as letting you be on your feet for awhile and that wouldn't hurt you I would certainly ask the Dr. You want everything and everyone on the same page or it could hurt your case. I do hope you get the job, I know it means alot to you. Why sedentary? Can you not breath if your standing or walking?

BB...do your DA's get involved in WC cases? Ours only handle criminal, county, district cases. They're never involved in WC, Just goes to show how different each state is.

God is never late.

In the end it doesn't matter how many years were in your life but how much life was in your years.

RE: Is this really how I'm suppose to be treated??
I think he is on my side. He didnt want to release me back to work at all. That was all he was comfortable with cause he couldnt do any further testing since I lost my insurance and wc is disputing the claim. The reason he wrote me a note is so i could apply for unemployment to try and get some income.
