2 year cap florida
there is a 2 year cap on bi-weekly paychecks from WC. WHAT CAN I DO TO RECEIVE A CHECK AFTER THAT ? I CAN'T WORK [ NOT AT MMI ] IS THERE ANYWAY TO MAKE WC KEEP PAYING ME.

RE: 2 year cap florida
If you are accepted or adjudicated PTD (Permanent Total Disability) WC will continue paying you.

RE: 2 year cap florida
I don't understand this. I have been receiving w/c payments for over two years now. Have they started again when the case was re-opened one week after they set me at MMI?

RE: 2 year cap florida
The 2 year limitation we are talking about is for Florida. It doesn't apply to your state so that is why you can receive benefits for more than 2 years.
