can i file workers comp for stress leave? I live in Washington

you can file but the law does not classify them as a compensible work comp injury

(1) Claims based on mental conditions or mental disabilities caused by stress do not fall within the definition of an occupational disease in RCW 51.08.140.

it is possible to have a physical injury from stress. whether it was compensible would depend on the medical evidence.
