Attorney says, "Now I'm Mad"

[Bummer Knees]

I spoke with my attorney today and he started the conversation with,
"Now I'm Mad"

He is mad because a decision has not been made by the judge on medical treatment

I am on my 2nd judge, the first went out on medical leave.
And at the most recent hearing I learned the judge could not find my file.

I went to court almost a year ago seeking treatment for the back, carpal tunnel, and additional treatment for the right knee.

I am in the process of having additional medical testing done and the results will be used in court.

My attorney says if we don't get a decision soon then we go to trial.
