Question What can I do?
DR. GAVE ME AN EXCUSE WITH LIMITATION, BUT THE COMPANY REQUESTED AN SPECIFIC LIST OF LIMITATIONS, THEY IGNORE DOCTOR RECOMMENDATIONS, AND ASK ME TO DO MY DAILY TASK AND IS REALLY HARD BECAUSE I CLEAN EMPTY APTS. AND MY RIGHT HAND FINGERS ARE TOTALLY NUMB AND IT OCCURRED ON MARCH WHEN I FELT DOWN DOING A FLOOR BECAUSE I HOLD MY BODY WITH BOTH HANDS. I NEVER HAD PROBLEMS BEFORE BUT I HARMED MY CARPAL TUNNELS AND I NEED SURGERY. I AM FEELING THREAT BECAUSE THEY OFFERED MY POSITION TO SOMEBODY ELSE AND MY SON DO MOST OF MY TASK BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT TO LOSE MY JOB. IF SOMEBODY CAN ADVISE I WILL APPRECIATE.

MY SON IS 16 YRS OLD AND HE HELPS ME TO REMOVE SHOWER DOORS AND CLEAN INSIDE THE OVEN SPECIALLY IN THE BACK.

RE: What can I do?
Do what your doctor says to do. File a work comp claim with your State. have your doctor help the employer with what they seek.
