A site explaining common joint surgeries
This site explains in pretty good detail some of the most common joint surgeries. This should NOT be taken as medical advice, or in place of a doctor's opinion, or consultation. It is for educational use only, so you know what the doctor will be doing to you during a particualr surgery.
If admin finds this to be very helpful, maybe it could be made stickey, so people don't have to ask over and over "what's this surgery all about" and so people can see what others have been through. Here is the site. It's all in Adobe Flash (most of you all have it installed already, if not it will give you a link to get it, and it's a painless install). http://www.drstoller.com/education.htm Avatar thanks to WINK! |
