An IME doc that found religion??? Would think they would have to have a heart first.
But I'm glad for what ever reason he is telling the truth now. We would all be in better shape if the IME doctors would just tell the truth and not what ever the company paying them wants them to say. Just wish law makers would understand this and make a law against them doing this

Some of the doctors that are IC whores (as my attorney calls them) may be a litttle bit scared now with the WC RICO lawsuits that are being filed. All paperwork and correspondence including things that cannot be touched in normal WC cases are being subpoened for evidence. If the doctors are truly going against the medical evidence and making their findings so the IC keep sending them easy business(money) then they can be held liable under the RICO statutes. Lets hope the courts keep ruling for injured workers as these cases work their way through the appeals system.

I have had a few fce and 1 IME. And was to my belief they tried to early to get me to MMI.. I have 5 different drs that all have said the same thing not even close to MMI for I have room to get better, well I did and now sliding back down the slope, with misc things popping up all have been said to be from accident.. I am fortunate to have had a top of the line surgeon and a phisitrist who was by my side through this whole healing process.. But all that put to the side, I am so sick of being on wc.. Feels like I have a babbysitter with me, but will go through the path and when it turns ugly my lawyer is waiting on the sidelines.......

I also feel like I have a babysitter in WC. I cannot go to walmarts without looking over my back. I have nothing to hide but these PI's will make a mole hill into a mountain.

This is the biggest reason I want to shake WC. I am tired of feeling like a Prisoner to this mess.

I have to be patient and constantly remind myself I have nothing to hide. I do not trust WC at all.

Yesterday channel 7 abc had a clip on w/c fraud. they were following people and video taped them working on there houses and they were working off the books. be aware you never know where there hiding.

With everthing going the way it is these days I could see a PI firm putting anything down in a report just to get the work. Now a video tape is another thing.

For a PI's Evidence to be Entered, it has to be Dated and Time Stamped. You also have the Right to View the Evidence They Have before Trial, just as You can any Other Evidence in Your Case. One Attorney, I can't Remember just who it was, but They were an Attorney for the Injured Worker, said He had a Wall Full of PI Tapes that were Tried to be Used against His Clients, and He Uses Them when He has Insomnia, They put Him to Sleep!!! I have been in the w/c System just 5 Days shy of 5 Years, and I have been Followed Extensively, and I'm Still being Followed! The Funny Part is 15 Hearings, I Testified in 12 of Them, 2 Appeals, I am the Credible Party, and not One Photo or Piece of Film was Ever Entered as Evidence!!! I know this has Cost Them Many Thousands of Dollars over the Years, but They Still Continue!! Wink

Although I have nothing to hide, I often wonder if they are watching me. I live at the end of the road (private) I have 1 open spot where someone could watch me from maybe a bit more then 1/4 to 1/2 mile but is all fenced in.. Lately we been having cars pull up and turn around other then someone lost they dont come to the door... I am working full time but that dont mean that they are not starting to gather info for I am getting worse.... I hope our wandering Bull Moose catches him, that will give him somthing to write about.....LOL..
