RE: question about employer
Thanks for the Info. Sam! I'm not Familiar with the Abbreviation MCO, it May be Different Here in Pa., Here We have NCM's (Nurse Case Managers) that stay in Contact with Our Employers about Our Care, but Many of Them have to be Watched Closely, as They work for the Ins.Co.'s, and Their Job is to get Us back to Work A.S.A.P., sometimes at the Cost of Our Health! If You have an Attorney, they should be Handling the Contact with Your ER., but if You don't, and You Feel Comfortable with Your MCO Contacting Them, I would Only Suggest that You Contact Your MCO, and let Them know that You are not against Speaking with Your Employer. Just be Very Careful if You do what You Say and how You Word it, You wouldn't want Your Own Words being Used Against You! It's a Shame to Feel that Way, but Caution has to be Taken when Dealing in the w/c System, there are so Many Loop Holes! I Honestly Wish You the Very Best, and Have a Great Sunday!!Wink

Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled.

Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!!
