Sorry ..I wish I could have jumped in back about 5 posts. Badboy and Blake when I applied for disability I was told that if I ever felt I could work again it was no problem. ALl that would happen is I would apply for my pension straight out (non disabled) at the age of 65 and of course my check would be less what I had already collected on disability. I was non-union. Don't know if that's the difference.

Blake, I don't know why you haven't spoke to the Pension Fund dept. They take calls all day long, their not as busy as the other dept's. Just call, ask for the Pension Dept....
