MyBB Wrongly Diognosed
Doctors have put on their reports that I have chronic pain syndrome, I have an appt. on 10-14-09 to find out about my nerve test, and my MRI I took last week. I know I have nerve damage in my right foot, and I've been trying to tell the last 5 doctors that but of course I don't know my body! LOL! If a doctor states under penalty or perjury and puts in there report that they checked your back, arms, legs, feet, etc. and they didn't do any of that is that not fraud? Friday my husband took me to my new Att. office to get copies of what my old Att. sent them, the file did not have: Any paper work from my works doctors I went to in the beginning, missing report from the physical therapist I went to, my former Att. said they had suppenod my time card and that's not in there, a lot is missing, I have more records then they do, where can I do or go to find out the truth what my former Att. did or did not do for me? Thank you again for any advise!
PS. Is there a web site to find out public records for W/C and ATT?

Life is like the ocean, it can be calm one minute and the next a wave will knock you off your feet, it's up to you to get back up and take control.

RE: Wrongly Diognosed
I think your new atty could give you a better evaluation of what state your case is in and what the prior atty did or did not do and whether it will adversely affect your claim.
your new atty can also get updated information from the defense atty, the docs, and the court and get copies of anything missing.
since you are represented you are not really in the best position to manage your legal strategy and know what is critical and what isn't.
