How is number of weeks determined
Injury in Maryland, How is number of weeks determined for settlement for back injury? 20% impairment rating? from the IC Doctor. The injured worker is back to the same company making the same amount of money doing a different job? It is by far the most confusing system I have ever witnessed? Any help is ofcourse greatly appreciated.

RE: How is number of weeks determined
I don't have the citation but it's contained in the Annotated Code of Maryland.
the Work Comp laws are probably a chapter under those for Labor & Industry.
