What you need, is to give your treating doctor a copy of the IME report. Ask your doctor why RSD had never been mentioned till the IME stated it? Ask do you have RSD, and could you be tested for it? Then, you need a full medical write up, from your doctor's stating overcompensation of such knee has caused problems within your spine, due to the delays in proper medical treatment, or whatever, and causing spinal concerns in such level such as the ones stated in the MRI. Forward all that information on to your attorney. And let the attorney work it out from there.
